Concepts
Interactive mockups on the real VPN.com design system, isolated from the staging→production pipeline. Below: three strategically different takes on the domain-broker flow — same end-to-end journey (details → agreement → submit/jumpstart), three different bets on what actually drives conversion. Toggle light/dark top-right.
- v1 · Wizard Baseline
Guided multi-step wizard
The baseline. Centered, one screen at a time: buy/sell → 3-step form → agreement → review → jumpstart. Premium, boutique, sequential.
Bet: guide people through; minimize what's on screen at once.

One question at a time (airy)
The chat's pacing without the chat skin — gradient, spacious, big serif questions, one focused thing per screen. A form that breathes, not a chatbox.
Bet: the one-at-a-time focus is the asset; the chat veneer (invites “operator?”) was the liability. Keep the pacing, drop the skin.

Everything in view + live rail
A single scrollable page with a sticky rail: live deal summary, proof, and agreement status always beside the decision. Nothing hidden, no surprise gate.
Bet: for an exclusive-contract commitment, uncertainty kills conversion — transparency beats fewer fields.
